How to get there
By car
The road network consists of the Mediterranean (AP-7 and A7), Northern (AP-2), C-32 (Pau Casals), T-11 and the national roads that link it with the rest of the State (N-241, N-240 and N-340) freeways and dual carriageways. In particular, the connection with Barcelona can be made both by the AP-7 and the C-32. Both are payable.

By train
Tarragona has two stations. The one located in the center of the city of Tarragona is served by regional and long-distance trains, as well as being a stop on the Euromed high-speed line (Barcelona-Alicante). You can consult the timetables at www.renfe.com. If you arrive at this station, it is recommended to travel on foot or by city bus. There is also a cab rank near the station.
The second station, Camp de Tarragona, hosts the AVE network and is located about twelve kilometers from the city center. You can travel to the city by bus or cab. It is advisable to share the cost of the cab.
By bus
The center of Tarragona has a bus station, located at Pl. Imperial Tàrraco, very close to the Campus Catalunya of the URV. It has daily connections with Barcelona. You can check timetables on the website of mobility of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
By plane
Just 13 km from Tarragona is the Reus airport, which usually operates with international low cost airlines. From this airport you can take a bus or cab to Tarragona.
The Barcelona - El Prat airport is 85 km from Tarragona. From the airport, you can take a train or bus to Tarragona.
