Guidelines for presenters

The time length of the different kinds of communication will be:

  • Plenary lectures: 40 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes discussion
  • Invited and Contributed oral lectures: 15 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes questions
  • Poster presentations: ESPA 2024 will feature simultaneous series of ~10-minute presentations in the poster hall! Each presenter will be assigned a slot on one of the several screens. The format is open, must be uploaded in advance, and will be in landscape layout. Note that this is not a typical flash presentation but rather a short oral communication. We suggest keeping some time open for discussion. Providing extra material for discussion after the presentation is encouraged.
